Working on 1 light 1 heavy spring from the warm up to the heavy skaters *the spring is super light to start but is a good spring choice if adding in the curls ups. We are then able to flow all the way through to feet on the dowel. Heavy skaters still had 1 light 1 heavy spring, but I gave the option to go heavier or lighter if needed.
