Whenever I turn on my tower i have to delete microsoft edge every time, its getting quite tedious. Is there a better solution to keeping my PC the way I want it?

The entire browser froze and I had to use Task Manage to close it. I then tried to do it in Edge and found that I could add an attachment to the email. I tried it again in Chrome and it did not work. This leads me to believe that one is interfering with the other. I want to keep Chrome and remove Edge from my computer. How do I do that?
